Green Table Talk-The McEachin Legacy: The Future of the Environmental Justice for All Act

March 21 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

On behalf of Young, Gifted & Green, Climate Action Campaign, and the Environmental Defense Fund, we invite you to join us for Season 4 Episode 6 of Green Table Talk on the topic “The McEachin Legacy: The Future of the Environmental Justice for All Act”. March 2024 will mark 1 year since the re-introduction of the Environmental Justice for All Act which endearingly transitioned to the A. Donald McEachin Environmental Justice For All Act in honor of the late, great Congressman McEachin. This panel of environmental justice experts will discuss the progress, future implications of the bill, and ways communities and grassroots organizations can help push this historical legislation forward.

The in-person event will take place at Rayburn House Office Building Room 2060 (45 Independence Ave SW, Washington, DC 20515) on March 21, 2024 6PM ET/5PM CT and will be streamed on Facebook Live. The event begins promptly at 5:00 PM so in-person early arrival is recommended. Space is limited. Doors will close once capacity is reached. Light refreshments will be served.
