Candidate Markus Batchelor is a HUGE advocate for the education of our children in the District as well as their health and safety. Markus is a great friend to Black Millennials for Flint as he traveled on a service trip accompanied by youth from Ward 8 to Flint, Michigan back in April 2016. Without recent occurrences of lead exposure in DC, this is a topic of great importance.

The event is free to attend but we STRONGLY suggest a $10 (minimum) donation HERE: https://markusforward8.nationbuilder.com/
The event kicks off on September 15th 5:00 PM-9:00 PM at
Uniontown Bar & Grill 2200 Martin Luther King Junior Avenue Southeast
